IT Visit - Miss Lea
Following a very long and incredible outback drive, I was really happy to arrive at Shaquille’s station. I was made to feel very welcome by Shaquille’s family and a variety of friendly two and four-legged friends lucky enough to live there too. I was able to join in with some amazing ‘loose parts’ play and art and craft creations after delivering a marvellous craft box prepared by Miss Megan, the kindy teacher – the possibilities were just endless! We also enjoyed a long walk down by the creek and found so many insects and interesting footprints along the way which Shaquille was able to tell me all about. We practised playing baseball, walking on stilts and counting all sorts of things including pelicans and loads of cardboard rolls for very tall tower-making!
